Mental health support that’s actually relatable.

Skip the awkward silences.Let’s be real: trying to explain how you feel can be a lot. It shouldn’t feel like a doctor’s appointment. That’s why the Hatsch Mates are here.Whether we’re working with The Sparky, The Rocky, The Navi, The Sherlockie, The Vibey, The Joey, or The Bridgie, our goal is simple: building a Toolkit of Confidence that works for your life, on your terms. No jargon, just stuff that works.

How We Work (The Hatsch Way)
Every brain is different. We don't do copy-paste therapy. We build a toolkit specifically for your life and your brain. For the Kids (Ages 10–12)
Sitting in a chair and talking is boring. We keep it moving.🔴 Play it out: If words are hard, we use games, drawing, and The Sparky or The Rocky to find your "calm" and build resilience.🔴School & Friends: We use The Bridgie to help handle classroom pressure and friendship drama without it feeling like a lecture. For Teens & Young Adults (Ages 13–25)
Navigating identity, independence, and a world that’s way too loud.🔴Your Brain, Your Way: If you’re neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, etc.), we aren’t here to fix you. The Sherlockie helps us figure out how your brain works so you can back yourself.🔴The Stress: Burnt out by school or a new job? The Joey and The Navi help us break big goals into small steps so you can actually get moving.🔴Side-by-Side Support: Talking face-to-face is intense. We can do Walk & Talks or Café Chats in Melbourne. No awkward eye contact, no interrogation, just honest talk.

Meet Social Worker Pa
Hi, I’m Pa. You might know me from YouTube, where I share bite-sized mental health tips. I’m an AASW-Accredited Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely cares about helping you find your feet. The Vibe: No Suits, No Jargon
I’ve spent years in the NDIS and community health and also as a mental health counsellor, I've realized that doctor-speak isn't the answer. Real change comes from looking at the whole picture: your sleep, your energy, and your feelings.I use the Hatsch Mates to make professional tools like CBT and ACT actually make sense. My sessions are low-pressure spaces where you can just be yourself and start moving forward on your own terms.🎓 Professional Credentials (The Serious Stuff)
I handle the clinical standards so you don't have to worry about them.🔴AASW Accredited: High-level clinical and ethical standards in Australia.
🔴AMHSW Candidate: Currently leveling up to become an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
🔴Play-Informed: Trained to use creative tools and play for younger kids.Based in Melbourne | In-Person

How It Works & The Boring Stuff
At Hatsch, we’re about progress, not just paperwork. Since life doesn't happen in a boring office, our sessions don’t have to, either.Pick Your Vibe
We connect in whatever way feels most comfortable for you:🔴 Play-Informed: We use the Hatsch Mates, games, and art to explore big feelings when words just aren't working.
🔴 Walk & Talk: We head outside in Melbourne for a side-by-side chat. It’s way easier to talk when you’re moving.
🔴 Café Chats: We meet at a local spot for a low-pressure talk over a drink.
🔴 Telehealth: Coming soon!
The Deal with Medicare (And why it’s actually a win)
Hatsch doesn’t use the Medicare rebate system. I’m a professional (Accredited Social Worker), but I focus on your real life and feelings rather than medical paperwork and diagnostics. Why this is better for you:✅ Skip the line: You don’t need to wait weeks to see a GP or jump through hoops for a Mental Health Plan. You can just book a session and start when you’re ready.
✅ No long forms required: We skip the massive intake packets and boring questionnaires. We just get straight to your goals and what you actually want to achieve.
✅ I’m your guide: If we ever decide you need a clinical psychologist or a specialist, I’ll help you and your family find the right local spot, like Headspace.

I’ve made this part easy. Whether you’re here for a Free 15-Minute Vibe Check, a full session, or a referral, just reach out below.I’ll get back to you within one business day. No pressure, no long forms, just a way to get started.📍 Based in Melbourne
Not sure if Hatsch is the right fit?
✅Book a free 15-minute vibe check. It’s a zero-pressure way to see if we click before you decide on anything.Do I need a GP referral?
✅Nope. You can book directly with me. No doctor’s visits, no medical hoops to jump through, and no waiting weeks for a referral. Can I get a Medicare rebate?
✅Not right now. We focus on real-world wellbeing rather than medical paperwork. The upside? You get help faster, without needing a formal diagnosis or a "treatment plan" first. What happens in the first session?
✅It’s basically a get to know you chat. We’ll talk about what’s bugging you, what’s working, and what you want to change. No clipboards, no long forms, just a regular conversation. Is it confidential?
✅Totally. What we talk about stays between us. The only exception is if I’m worried about your safety, and even then, I’ll always try to talk to you about it first. What if things feel bigger than we expected?
✅No big deal. If we realize you need extra clinical support (like a psychologist or headspace), I’ll help you find the right people. You won’t have to navigate the system alone.
